The beginning
It all started in 1963 when Bruno and Gabriella, his young fisherman and her mother and housewife decided to take in management a charming little establishment right on the promontory which divides into two branches of the lake.

Training
In 1978, Gilberto’s eldest son will complete his studies in the prestigious hotel school “Grand Bretagne” Bellagio. A few years later Andrea becomes fisherman and Massimo will graduate at the hotel school of Bellagio.
La Punta today
The wine list has over 300 labels of Italian and French wines. The chef Massimo, after years of experience gained in the best hotel facilities including St. Moritz runs a small brigade of experienced chefs

Cena romantica impeccabile, vino buonissimo e prezzi nella media per una cena di lusso. Location mozzafiato sulla punta spartivento. Il ristorante peraltro è molto modesto come arredamento ma il resto è proprio lussuoso. Camerieri simpatici e molto servizievoli.
La location è ,a migliore al mondo.....Con questa base...gli spaghetti alla bottarga di lago sono la fine del mondo...Molto buono anche il fritto e la grigliata di pesce di lago...Bisogna fermsrsi...godere del luogo e del convivio...TOP
Siamo venuti qui a pranzo di martedì, ottima la vista sul lago, ma soprattutto eccezionale il menù con prodotti tipici e di lago. Ottimo anche il servizio con personale simpatico è disponibile. Ci torneremo!
